Terms and Conditions:
- No membership fee, but one year minimum commitment required.
- Cards are billed quarterly one week prior to shipment/pick-up date, with notice sent two weeks and two days prior to charge.
- Member benefits are non-transferable and cannot be used by a guest that is not listed on the membership.
- Membership automatically renews unless terminated by Member.
- All club members must be 21 years of age or older.
- Each club package is carefully selected by the Ev&Em team. At this time, inventory is limited, and there are no substitutions.
- Members who choose to pick up their package must pick up within 30 days of release, or wine will be automatically shipped to the address on file at the expense of the member.
- At this time, we can only ship to the following states: New York, California, Pennsylvania, Florida, Minnesota, Alaska, and Washington D.C. This list is currently expanding, so keep an eye out for updates!
- It is the responsibility of the Member to contact [email protected] with any changes to shipping address, billing address, credit card information, etc.
- All information about your shipments, charges, club events and newsletters will be sent via email, so please ensure your email and contact information is correct.
