Per federal and New York State law, you must be 21 years of age or older to order and/or drink wine purchased from Ev&Em. Wines purchased from Ev&Em are for personal consumption only and may not be resold, redistributed, or given to individuals under 21 years of age.
Ev&Em is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment (due to the perishable nature of wine and the ingredients that wine is made up of).
