Long Island is a very particular terroir compared to other wine-growing regions around the world. We produce world-class wines that are very unique; not many places in the world have the characteristics that we are surrounded by: we have the bay, we have the ocean, we have the sound and as well we have diversity in the types of inclement weather. Everything from hurricanes to droughts to blizzards on a nearly annual basis. But these conditions allow us to produce very special wine, and these characteristics are what we are trying to encapsulate when are making the wine, bringing it in the bottle to you. This uniqueness offers flavors and aromas that we cherish.
