We are so excited to welcome you to our recently renovated tasting room in Laurel, New York, just west of Mattituck. With a colonial-style build and natural, beautiful views overseeing our bespoke winemaking process, as well as expansive outdoor decks looking out over our magical vineyard, we invite you to visit us! The tasting room shares a view into the fermenting grape juice tanks in production and barrels of aging wine. The design updates allow guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the property and provide luxurious, spacious seating in the blissfully simple yet majestic setting. Guests can be a part of the winemaking process with tours, tastings, seminars, and opportunities to participate in the harvest.
The Ev&Em Tasting Room and Vineyard seating are open to the general public from 11am-5pm Monday-Friday, and 11am-6pm Saturday-Sunday.
Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are highly recommended. Reservations are available for booking 60 days in advance. Reservations are limited to 12 guests; for larger group reservations, please contact us for rates and availability.

Tasting Deck – $45 per person (tax and gratuity additional)
Enjoy a flight of four wines from our cellar accompanied with a charcuterie board of complementary meats and cheeses. Surrounded by our breathtaking grounds, we have seating on our lower level tasting deck. When making your reservation, you may request a preference. Though we cannot guarantee location, we will happily do our best to accommodate your desired seating.
Wine with a View – $20 deposit per person
If you and your guests prefer to simply enjoy a bottle with a beautiful view of the grounds, enjoy seating on our upper deck overlooking the vineyard.
Barrel Room Experience – $95 per person (tax and gratuity additional)
Enjoy a hosted wine tasting experience that takes you on a journey through the rich history of the North Fork. Learn about the winery, our vineyards, and winemaking practices. Your host will take you on a personal tour of the vineyard and winery that will end in our barrel room, where you will taste through a flight of our wine offerings.
